What are your general comments?

"Friendly advice: Baltimore is not a bad city! I grew up in the Bay area (CA), and besides the weather, think that Baltimore is great! Check out Canton, Fell's Point and Federal Hill areas and you will find great neighborhood with rent from 400 to 600 (even cheaper in some spots)." Report Response
