"The third year core clerkship rotations were challenging and demanding: medical students were expected to work as an “intern” on the team and manage patients under the supervision of a resident. These clerkship rotations were performed at military medical centers throughout the US from Honolulu, Hawaii to Washington DC. Many students rotate at 3 different medical centers in three different states.
