"The pre-clinical curriculum is well-run, well-taught, and efficient. The administration really takes care of the students. The extended MS4 is wonderful. Clinicians are great and enjoy teaching more than other places; I found that many came to Vermont simply because they liked it, and that happiness is reflected in how they treat students." | Report Response

"Not enough emphasis on/integration of social determinants of health, though I suppose this is more a fault of modern medical education in general." | Report Response

"The lecturers are fantastic. Some tend to be boring, but none are malignant or unhappy to be teaching pre-clinical students. The pathology department is FANTASTIC!! Their lectures tend to be the most well-put together and interesting of all specialties." | Report Response

"Third year: surgery, internal medicine, neurology, psychiatry, family medicine, pediatrics, ob/gyn (in that order, starting in various clerkships) Fourth year requirements include EM, two acting internships (one in medicine, the other in the specialty of your choice); can be done anywhere in the country. Also required to do one month of research or teaching in the pre-clinical curriculum. IE, four months of requirements, 10 months of electives (because of the accelerated curriculum)" | Report Response
