"My interviewer asked other people how many schools they applied to, for me he just said "A lot of people apply to over 20 schools, does this include you?" What impressed you positively?

"Brand new med school building in the old Cardiac Center, new lecture hall, super cool sim lab. The people at Creighton are all super nice and friendly, and the admissions office seems very accessible. They also told us exactly the day we would hear back from them which is super nice. The option to do years 3-4 in Phoenix is also a great option to have." Report Response

What impressed you negatively?

"Omaha isn't the most exciting city in the world, and the weather is pretty cold. The new med school building is a little removed from the main campus now, and the new hospital is new which is nice, but it's no longer across the street from the med school." Report Response

What did you wish you had known ahead of time?

"95% of the other interviewees also went to a Jesuit university or high school, they really do have a strong bias for people who already have experienced a Jesuit education." Report Response

What are your general comments?

"Creighton seemed like a really nice place to be, and the facilities were very nice. Their hospital is small, but it's brand new, and you also have the option to go to Phoenix for your clinical years which is awesome." Report Response

"Try to avoid saying that atheists might feel uncomfortable at Creighton, because I really don't think that's true based on my own Jesuit education and speaking with everyone I know who has gone to Creighton or Creighton med." Report Response
