What impressed you positively?

"Since it was open file, they just want to make sure you're a normal sociable person that is able to work and collaborate in a group setting as well as display your own sense of creativity and innovation." Report Response

What impressed you negatively?

"No open clinics yet, since it's a new school, they are missing a few traditional types of courses such as anatomy lab with hands-on learning. They only have lecture rooms with very innovative learning techniques. I'm just a hands-on guy with gross anatomy and working with cadavers." Report Response

What did you wish you had known ahead of time?

"How laid-back and fun the interview was going to be. If you're an outgoing and sociable person who gets along with new people very easily, this will be a walk in the park. If you're an introvert, shy kind of person. I'd work on being more open to talking with strangers and just smiling and having a great time. They are evaluating your people skills so that when you become a future dentist , you will have no problem making patients feel comfortable." Report Response
