"SDN, practiced answers to popular questions, talked to medical students at UF" Report Response

What impressed you positively?

"Everything! The students are very happy and all the staff (faculty and administration) are very encouraging and supportive. The facilities were amazing and Shands is huge! " Report Response

What impressed you negatively?

"Nothing really. Some might say that Gainesville leaves a bit to be desired, but having lived in bigger cities, I find it a relaxing change." Report Response

What did you wish you had known ahead of time?

"13th Street in front of the university gets backed up so if you are staying a bit further away from campus, leave a bit earlier than you think you need to. " Report Response

What are your general comments?

"This was my first interview and although some of the questions I was asked were a bit difficult, the interviewers seemed to really want to get to know me. Definitely take advantage of the med student hosting service - being able to ask questions beforehand really helped me prepare and relax for the interview." Report Response
