"MCO seems like a great school with a lot of personality. part of that personality is that everyone at MCO seems really self-conscious of the fact that toledo is not a great city. the school does not have all that great of a reputation right now but seems like it is really pulling its act together and in the process of becoming a really great school (new director, new programs)" Report Response
