"Interviewers were laid back. One of the interviewers was a PhD and was wearing jeans and a sweatshirt. Faculty was very enthusiastic about the teaching standards at MCO." Report Response

"MCO is a teaching college first, research college second. Faculty are judged on their teaching practices rather than how much money they can generate through research grants." Report Response
