"What is the one thing I should tell the admissions committee about you that is not on your application? This came out of the blue, after the interviewer talked about his/herself for maybe 10 minutes. Be prepared." Report Response | I was asked this question too

"SDN Interview feedback, looked at their website, practiced." Report Response

What impressed you positively?

"The students were so friendly and happy to be there. The hospital ER has been recently renovated and looked very nice. Facilities were up to date and nice. Everyone I met was friendly." Report Response

What impressed you negatively?

"One of my interviewers kept defending their decision to go to Stony Brook and to stay there, and seemed to be defending the value and validity of the school. They should have focused on the positive because the school is great. Also, they talked about themselves a lot." Report Response

What did you wish you had known ahead of time?

"That both interviewers would grill me, that these interviews would be so long (75+ minutes each), that I would be late to lunch because of this, andddd that I shouldn't have stressed about how difficult it all seemed. I survived and I love the school." Report Response

What are your general comments?

"I'm probably going here. Nothing beats the value of the education. It's an amazing school and, for a state resident, quite the bargain." Report Response
