"Friendly and casual (I think this 'style' is requested by the administration...to an extent). They want to get to know you. They do not know your grades or mcat scores, so I think that helps bring in a more well rounded class. My inteview questions were fairly straightforward, but *always* be ready for them to focus on your weaknesses. You are there because you have good things on your application. Now they want to ask about details of things that could be problem points. Show them what you are doing to strengthen them. " Report Response
