"The focus on rural practice in MN felt really narrow to me and I wished they could be more accepting of other interests that compliment rural health care such as getting an MPH etc..." Report Response

"It is very important to shadow a rural physician before you interview. I think this is something that they really value." Report Response

What are your general comments?

"I was really tired when I got there because I drove up from the twin cities that morning. However, the faculty, staff and students were really friendly and encouraging. They immediately put me at ease and I felt very comfortable. The facilities were more impressive than I thought they would be. The interviews themselves were fairly grueling, because there are two back to back. Overall it was a positive experience." Report Response
