What impressed you positively?

"Curriculum. I had my doubts about the emphasized PBL but now that I understand it better I think it is superior. I was also happy to know that the curriculum is not 100% PBL like I thought. There is actually lecture everyday. Just not too much time is spent in lecture. " Report Response

What impressed you negatively?

"None of the students I met seemed like cool or interesting people to hange out with. The studentst seemed a little nerdy/uninteresting. Also, wayyyyyy too much downtime on interview day. They could have let us sit in on a class or something to fill the time. Oh, and they didn't feed us breakfast so by the time lunch came at noon everyone was starving." Report Response

What did you wish you had known ahead of time?

"That the curriculum consisted of about 50% lecture. That they place a huge emphasis on international clinical experiences. Also, that you could live in Manhattan for about 500 dollars a month (subsidized apartment style dorm rooms). " Report Response

What are your general comments?

"Overall I was impressed with the school. The facilities were very nice and you certainly get the feel of a prestigious school. The interview day started a little early for me but at least I got my both interviews done early and was able to relax for the rest of the day. There was a lot of waiting around after the interviews (about two hours). Lunch was good. Great school and the curriculum is great. " Report Response
