"It was overall a good day, and the campus left a great impression with me. I liked the closed file because i was able to tell my story verbally, and really emphasize the things i wanted to. I think it gives the interviewer a more real first impression with the candidate. Some people dont like closed file because they have to explain everything, but I think its an opportunity to go more in depth and show what you really have done." Report Response
