"They seem to be looking for their particular model of candidate, as if you have to fit into a certain mold." Report Response

"Again, I felt that they were looking for a very specific kind of candidate. The interview, group activity, and even lunch are structured to evaluate if you are that kind of candidate. (I was accepted, so my comments are not sour grapes.)" Report Response
