"the first interview (by a student) was only 20 mins, and I just told her about myself and my experiences; this went ok, since I somehow got tripped up on an easy q (tell me about a leadership experience); the second interview (by a community physician) was over an hour. i never thought i'd say this about anything related to the med school application process, but this interview was AMAZING...we got along really well, laughed a lot, and just had a really great time talking...it was like talking to a friend, not an interviewer.
